Faculty are key to the sustainable success of study abroad at the University of Miami. They have tremendous influence on students’ learning and development—not only through classroom teaching, where we encourage them to promote study abroad, but also through direct involvement in program creation.
Faculty can work with the Study Abroad Office to plan, create, and teach on a study abroad program. Our office provides full administrative and logistical support for all faculty-directed programs, which open doors to a wide variety of educational opportunities for students every year.
UMiami Faculty-Led programs are designed to engage a diverse range of students, and these opportunities would not be possible without the dedication and commitment of the faculty who lead them.
